If you are a Network Marketer, avoid using these 7 dirty words as much as you can, whether you are talking to your prospects online or in your marketing.
The last one is the dirtiest of all
If you get value from it, share the knowledge.
Okay, so let’s countdown
Number 7 is the word “Buy”
You NEVER want to tell your prospects to BUY your product or whatever it is you’re selling. Buying means you’re spending money on it, and people do NOT want to spend money on anything.
Instead you can try something like claim, get instant access or download. This will make them think they’re getting it for nothing.
Number 6 is “Earn”
This really applies mostly to the Internet Marketing, make money online niche. You don’t want to tell people that they can EARN money online. Earning makes is sound like there is work involved.
It’s hard to earn. They might even think they have to grind it out a 9 to 5 job and get paid less. You want to use words like “passively acquire an income” or something like that.
Make it sound simple for them to take action
Number 5 sounds like earn but it has an extra letter at the beginning.
The word is “Learn” I’ve discovered this from the world’s number one wealth coach JT Fox. He said you NEVER want to tell somebody that they’re going to LEARN something. Learning is what you did in school and it’s gunna be a LONG process.
People want to be led. You might want to use “show” instead.
I can show you a way you can quit your job, live the laptop lifestyle and spend more time with your family.
Sounds motivating and more exciting, right?
Number 4 is the word is “scam”
When people think of a scam, they think of something illegal.
The truth is, almost all scams are illegal. You can replace it with, this is a “legitimate” business, going five years strong (however many years your company is in business)
Number 3 is Spam
Something a lot of marketers do on social media. Spammers have made network marketers lives a living hell because they make all the other people in the profession who are changing lives look bad.
Here are 5 Signs That You are actually SPAMMING
1) You first private message to a stranger on social media includes a link to join your opportunity.
2) You get angry replies or none at all via Facebook private messaging and you have been reported as a spammer.
3) You post links to your opportunity or website in the comments section of other people’s social media posts
4) You want to talk about your company or products, without anyone asking you to share.
5) You engage in interactions online hoping to transition the topic to something that would get people interested in your opportunity, without caring about knowing the other person.
Are you guilty of any of these?
Yea, I did too, until I discovered The Attraction Marketing Formula that changed everything.
Number 2 is “Ponzi.”
Remember the old Ponzi schemes from way back? Well, believe it or not, they are still around and still getting shut down every single day.
The last thing you want is to be associated with one of these schemes. There is only one word dirtier than “Ponzi”
Number 1 may be the dirtiest word in all
It’s the one thing that nobody wants to do. They ‘d rather eat bugs than do this lol
The word is “work.” Nobody wants to work, even though it is in the word netWORK marketing.
They just want to sit back, push a button, and watch the money fall from the sky. So try your best not to put it on your website for your product that the prospect will have to WORK in order to see any results.
Okay, the above was a little fun for a change of pace. However, there is a lot of truth in what I’ve said. Remember them if you want to be a rock star marketer
